Waiver Policy
A 50% waiver of the Article Processing Charge will be provided for authors from countries categorized as Low-Income Economies by the World Bank .

Authors receiving the waiver should understand that the waiver will not influence the editorial decision or the outcome of the peer-review process.

Article Processing Charges are not used for editorial team salaries. This policy is intended to help maintain the independence and integrity of editorial decisions and ensure that payment does not influence the editorial evaluation or publication decision.
