Author Declaration

The Khazanah Hukum Declaration Form is a formal statement that authors are required to complete to confirm the originality of their manuscript and their compliance with the journal's publication ethics.

The declaration also confirms that the manuscript is not a duplicate publication, has not been published or submitted elsewhere, and that the author accepts responsibility for the content and ethical integrity of the submitted work.

What Does the Declaration Cover?

01 Originality
Confirmation that the submitted article is the author's original work and is not a duplicate or reproduction of an existing work.
02 Exclusive Submission
Confirmation that the article has not been published or submitted for publication elsewhere.
03 Publication Ethics
Acknowledgment of the author's responsibility to respect copyright, avoid plagiarism, and properly acknowledge relevant sources.
04 Rejection of Papermill Practices
Confirmation that the manuscript is not the product of papermill practices or undisclosed collaboration with other parties.
05 Author Responsibility
The author accepts full responsibility for the content of the article and for consequences arising from a proven violation of publication ethics.

Before Completing the Form

Please make sure that:

  • Your manuscript is your original work.
  • The manuscript has not been published elsewhere.
  • The manuscript is not simultaneously submitted to another journal.
  • All relevant sources have been properly acknowledged.
  • The authorship information in the manuscript is accurate.
  • The manuscript is not produced through papermill practices or undisclosed collaboration.

How to Complete the Declaration Form
