Digital Archiving and Preservation
Khazanah Sosial is committed to ensuring the long-term preservation and accessibility of its published scholarly content.
To support the preservation of the journal's digital content, Khazanah Sosial utilizes the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) system to create a distributed archiving system among participating libraries.
Through the LOCKSS system, participating libraries are permitted to create and maintain permanent archival copies of the journal's published content for purposes of long-term preservation and restoration. This distributed approach helps protect scholarly content against potential loss or disruption of access.
The journal's digital archiving policy is intended to support the continued availability, integrity, and accessibility of published articles as part of its commitment to maintaining a reliable scholarly record.
LOCKSS Preservation
The LOCKSS system enables participating libraries to preserve copies of journal content independently, supporting long-term access and restoration of scholarly publications.
